Shipping FAQs
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed by 1pm AEST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details from Australia Post. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order’s progress.
At this time, we only ship within Australia, but stay tuned as we explore international shipping options in the future
If no one is available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with collection instructions for your nearest post office. If you’ve opted for Safe Drop, the parcel may be left in a secure location.
Absolutely! You’ll have the option to select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
